Base Jumping

Base jumping is a side activity set to appear in GTA 6.
During the Extended Look for GTA 6, Lucia can be seen leaping from a skyscraper at the 18 minute 58 seconds mark, with Vice City stretching out beneath her. The impressive draw distance lets you see a huge portion of the city from this height as Lucia begins her descent. She adjusts her body into a proper diving position during the freefall before deploying her parachute, which realistically unfolds from the pack on her back.

The sequence shows no visible HUD elements, and the player seamlessly switches to Jason while Lucia continues her descent.
Base jumping, skydiving, and parachuting have been popular side activities throughout the Grand Theft Auto series, but GTA 5 took them much further with dedicated jumps, challenges, checkpoints, and rewards. Players could complete BASE and helicopter jumps across Los Santos and Blaine County, while Dom Beasley offered a series of parachuting challenges. The activity also contributed toward 100% completion.
With Vice City featuring plenty of skyscrapers and other elevated locations, base jumping seems like a natural fit for GTA 6 and could offer plenty of opportunities for players to take in the city from above.
