The Bravado Gauntlet Classic Custom first appeared in GTA Online and is one of the newer vehicles in terms of the GTA universe. It was introduced back in 2020 as a custom variation of the Gauntlet Classic, available from Benny’s Original Motorworks.
The vehicle can be spotted in what appears to be an illegal car meet near an intersection in Trailer 1, around the 45-second mark.
While it has no long history in the GTA universe, the cars it was based on have a rich history. It’s partly based on the 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, and partly on the 1970 Plymouth Superbird. Both of these cars were made for NASCAR, leading to some truly unique designs.
The idea was to create more aerodynamic vehicles for higher speeds on the oval tracks of NASCAR, and they succeeded. However, rule changes quickly forced these designs out, making them fairly short-lived and truly rare classics.
