Strauss Zelnick Reaffirms November 19 Release Date for GTA 6 Strauss Zelnick has once again reaffirmed that GTA 6 will release on November 19, 2026, in an interview with David Senra. During the interview, Zelnick acknowledged that the game was “18 months behind the original date,” confirming that it initially targeted a May 2025 release and has been delayed twice since then.

GTA 6 launches on November 19, 2026, with pre-orders live now. Rockstar has finally kicked off marketing for the upcoming release with details of pricing and editions. While the release date is still a while away, here is when you can start preloading GTA 6 on your console.

If you pre-order GTA 6 on PS5 or Xbox Series S|X, you will be able to start preloading the title on November 12, 2026.
