Finally, we have a name for the face. Mendez is the crooked cop who shows up in Trailer 2, and in the Extended Look, we see that Jason and Lucia clearly have a past with him. They ducked out quickly and worried about whether he saw them or not.
Not much else is known about Mendez at this point, except that he might be in league with Ernesto.
