A QA analyst at Rockstar Interactive India LLP has detailed worsening working conditions at the studio on Glassdoor ahead of the highly anticipated release of Grand Theft Auto VI.

They’ve outlined the following major issues in their 2/5 review posted on May 1, 2026:

• You are expected to work overtime without pay.
• The work schedule has been hectic since last month.
• Some colleagues had to work until 3 AM after completing their morning shifts.
• You are expected to complete tasks that usually take 5–6 months in just 2–3 months.
• Complaining to the HOD is ineffective.

They went on to write that while they’ve enjoyed working at the studio, the last few weeks have taken a toll on their mental health.
