All Radio Stations in GTA 6

GTA 6 is set to launch on 19 November 2026, and like all its predecessors, it will feature a healthy list of radio stations to enjoy and an even healthier list of tracks while we go about our business in Vice City.

That said, nothing has been officially confirmed yet, so while we wait, here’s what has (sort of) been confirmed, and a little bit of speculation just for fun. We will update this article as we uncover more information.

Confirmed Radio Stations in GTA 6

There’s only one “confirmed” radio station set to appear in GTA 6, and even that is only half confirmed.

Radio Station NameDescription
V-RockHard rock and heavy metal, potentially hosted by Lazlow, who previously worked for V-Rock.

V-Rock, the hard rock and heavy metal station from GTA Vice City, is likely to return in GTA 6. This is after Jason was spotted in an official clip wearing a faded shirt with the V-Rock logo clearly visible.

That said, it looks pretty old, and this might indicate that the radio station has closed down since the days of Vice City. Hence, only half-confirmed, the only confirmed part is that the station will at least exist in some form, forgotten or otherwise, in GTA 6.

Speculative Radio Stations

We have no idea which radio stations might come along in GTA 6, but speculation is always fun. So here are some potential radio stations we could well see.

Radio Stations Expected in GTA 6

Due to the presence of Smoke on the Water (seen in the 2022 leaks) and Love is a Long Road (trailer 1), which are both classic rock songs, we can expect a return of some form of classic rock radio station.

Apart from that, we usually get radio stations in the following genres:

  • Pop
  • Reggae
  • Hip-Hop, R&B, and Soul
  • Disco/Funk
  • Talk radio

There’s likely to be some genre overlap between radio stations, and we’re likely to see more than what was present at launch in GTA 5, where we had 18. So we might see upwards of 20 distinct radio stations in GTA 6 at launch (GTA 5 now has 24).

Given the Florida setting, we also may get a Haitian-style radio station. There’s some speculation on a potential Country radio station, but given the setting, it’s quite improbable, though it could happen.

Radio Stations that were in GTA Vice City

GTA Vice City featured a host of radio stations, and we could see a few of them return for GTA 6. But the chances are we won’t see too many. Radio Los Santos and WCTR were the only surviving radio stations, with Channel X inspired heavily by Radio X.

With that in mind, here are the stations that featured in the original Vice City – which do you think are most likely to make a comeback in GTA 6?

  • K-Chat
    • A talk radio station featuring a variety of interviews hosted by Amy Sheckenhausen.
  • VCPR
    • A talk radio station (Vice City Public Radio) hosted by Maurice Chavez.
  • Wave 103
    • A radio station hosted by Adam First. It mostly features songs in the new wave, synth-pop, and post-punk genres.
  • Fever 105
    • Hosted by Oliver Biscuit, playing the genres disco, funk, soul, and R&B.
  • Radio Espantoso
    • Hosted by Pepe and plays mambo, salsa, Latin funk, and Latin jazz.
  • Flash FM
    • A pop station hosted by Toni.
  • V-Rock
    • A hard rock and heavy metal station hosted by Lazlow.
  • Wildstyle
    • Hosted by Mr. Magic, who plays hip-hop and electro music.
  • Emotion 98.3
    • A soft pop / soft rock radio station featuring host Fernando Martinez.

If I had to guess, K-Chat seems a likely candidate to return in GTA 6. We could also see V-Rock, as explained above, and Radio Espantoso could survive the usual purge, too. Beyond that, I’m really not sure. We might get a different version of 98.3, since Emotion 98.3 potentially inspired Master Sounds 98.3 (judging from the frequency alone). This is, however, unlikely, and essentially just a passing thought.
