All New Activities Spotted in GTA 6 Extended Look

The GTA 6 extended look has dropped, and I, for one, loved every minute of it. The detail looked insane to me; even Jason’s hair, which is a basic haircut, looked amazing. There were also a handful of now-confirmed activities shown in the Extended Look, and here they all are.

Backyard Brawls

In one scene, Lucia is seen fighting three others in what looks like a back alley, though that could be part of the story. In the above scene, Jason is fighting another man in a homemade wrestling ring in someone’s backyard. This, too, might just be a part of the story, but from the looks of it, we’ll have some sort of backyard brawling in GTA 6.

Base Jumping / Parachuting

In one scene, we see Lucia jump off a building and pop a parachute, confirming some type of parachuting. There is a lack of golden rings to fly through, so it might not be the same thing we had in GTA 5 and GTA Online.

Basketball

We already knew this would be in the game, thanks to the leaks, and we’ve learned nothing new here. But one has to wonder: can you play basketball with and against others? All we know for now is that you will, at the very least, be able to shoot some hoops.

Clubbing and Drinking

We’ve seen numerous characters with beers in hand, but this is the first look at Lucia just “vibing” in the club, dancing to the beat with a drink in hand. She’s also covered in a sheen of sweat, which is crazy well done.

Whether we’ll be able to clubbing and get drunk, it’s not quite confirmed yet, but it definitely looks like we’ll be able to at least enter clubs and dance there for a bit.

Gym

We will be able to hit the gym again in GTA 6, confirmed by this scene and by many of the previews going up around the internet. We will be able to go to the gym and gain more muscle, and the amount we eat will also define the body shape of our characters.

Jet Ski Races?

We will be able to ride jet skis, as expected, but the above scene makes it look as though we might even be able to do races. It looks as though Lucia is racing two others on the water, but then I don’t see any race markers like we see in the car racing screenshots, so this one’s not entirely confirmed.

Kayaking

Jason and Lucia will be able to go kayaking together. In the Extended Look, they were kayaking along a calm river together.

Off-Road Racing

We will be able to join off-road races, as shown in the screenshot above. Lucia is seen riding a dirt bike against others. There’s also a truck and quad in the mix, so it seems we’ll have various vehicles to choose from.

Official and Street Races

The above shot looks like an official race on an actual track, which is awesome. There’s another shot in the trailer of someone racing in a street race at night, so both official races and illegal street races are confirmed.

River Boating

In this screenshot, Jason is seen riverboating along what looks like the swamps. So we’ll be able to take it slow and take in the nature, I guess.

Scuba Diving

In this shot, we can see someone swimming pretty deep in the ocean, with a school of fish above the player. Scuba Diving confirmed. Maybe not the most exciting activity, but it’s there for those who want it.

Shooting Range

In one section, we see Lucia taking down targets at what looks to be an official shooting range, so the shooting range mini-games from GTA 5 are definitely returning in some capacity.

Store Robberies

We see Jason and Lucia rob multiple stores throughout the Extended look. In the above scene, we saw Jason and Lucia in a car before Lucia dons her mask, leaves the vehicle, and pulls her gun, which she then hides behind her back as she walks into the store.

This makes it look like open-world store robberies are coming back, and they’ll be slightly more detailed than before. We even see another person pull a gun in one store robbery, meaning customers will sometimes also be armed, adding some additional complexity.

Strip Club

We already knew strip clubs would be in the game; we have screenshots and leaks proving this. But here, we see Jason making it rain while Lucia dances right next to him, also staring at the stripper. So, you can visit strip clubs as a couple, and Lucia doesn’t seem to be the jealous type. Interesting stuff.

I’m blown away by the Extended Look. The level of detail is insane, and it has almost certainly proven that the leaks were from an earlier build. My hype levels are higher than ever, and I sure hope you feel the same.
