The Extended Look wasn’t the only thing that Rockstar lifted; a ton of previews for GTA 6 have dropped as well, with a bunch of new information about its campaign, systems, characters, and world. Rockstar has also teased potential playthrough lengths for the upcoming title, and here is what we know so far.

GTA 6 Is Rockstar’s Longest Game Yet

Rob Nelson, Head of Development and Co-Studio Head at Rockstar North, revealed in an interview with The New York Times that it took him over 80 hours to complete GTA 6, including the main story and optional open-world activities.

If this is representative of the average playthrough length, it will make GTA 6 the longest title in the series to date. Even if you did a bunch of side missions and activities, none of the previous games stretched to that length unless you really took things slow.

The GTA 6 Extended Look was an incredible showcase of the world, its characters, the lead duo, side activities, and the story as well. The amount of stuff teased and confirmed by Rockstar is simply ridiculous, and I can completely see myself spending hundreds of hours in the open world.
