Will GTA 6 Have First Person? – The Answer Might Upset Strip Club Enthusiasts

Rockstar has blessed us with so much information from various sources in the last 24 hours, including streamers and big gaming websites. The Extended Look was, of course, mind-blowing with the level of realism and care Rockstar put into it. But one major question went unanswered.

So, if you wonder whether GTA 6 will have a first-person mode, here’s your answer.

Will GTA 6 Have First-Person Mode?

The short answer is no, GTA 6 won’t have a dedicated first-person mode. So if you’re the kind of player who likes to first-person your way through the strip club, that won’t be happening for a while. However, there may be a silver lining here, revealed to us during the Extended Showcase on two occasions.

What We’ll Get Instead of First-Person

If there’s one thing Rockstar knows, it’s the fanbase. They’ve always known how to appeal to the millions of GTA fans out there, to varying degrees. GTA 6 will, of course, be no different.

Near the beginning of the Extended Look, we see a zoom feature showcased during what appears to be normal gameplay. Here’s before Jason knocks on the door.

Now, obviously, this zoom function in this instance is scripted, so it probably won’t be available in the strip club. Ah, but it will, my friends. You see, we actually spot a scene later on in the showcase where Jason is making it rain, and it’s almost the exact same zoomed-in view.

So, while strip clubs aren’t really my thing, Rockstar thought of those who enjoy these activities. No judgement here, of course; tastes simply differ.

Will GTA 6 Get a First-Person Mode Later On?

Most likely, this is a yes. GTA 5 launched without a first-person mode on PS3, but with its next iteration on PS4, it was added. I don’t know whether we’ll have to wait for GTA 6 on PS6 in order to get a first-person mode, but we’ll definitely get it when the PC version releases (if Rockstar does end up releasing a PC version, that is).
